How are you living your life a child of God and standing right?!

Reference scripture is: Ephesians 2: 17 -22
Our identity as a child of God means we are a special people different from others. Because we are a separate people then we must look and be seen differently. Our lifestyle has to reflect who we say we are; children of God! The glory of God will surround us because of righteousness to attract unbelievers or people of the world to him. So Peter here tells us that essentially we as children of God are to be like Christ. Christ is the high priest, we are a priesthood too
Christ is the son of God, and we are children of God.
Christ the cornerstone is a sure foundation to all that believe and to the whole body of Christ. Therefor we are like Jesus, a stone that is used to build. Jesus Christ is the main stone, and all other stones are laid upon this stone and becoming part of a whole building (the church). Anyone who rejects the cornerstone is to face destruction. Many people in the world are being destroyed because of sin and not accepting the mercy and grace of God. Jesus Christ to deliver from sin.
Application to Life: How are you living your life as a believer, a child of God? We are warned to “abstain form sinful desires” Fasting is a way to destroy the power of the flesh and work towards righteous living. The glory of God will shine and attract others in you.
Prayer: Dear God, empower me by your Holy Spirit, to live as your child in this evil world. Reflecting the example of Jesus. Amen.
