Scriptures: Acts 27 and Acts 28
Observations: GOD can use you, his child and servant to save others or your family/community. Because of one person God can save everyone around that person. For example St.Paul and the ship in the storm heading towards Rome by the island Crete.
They were going to shipwreck and feared they would all die. But Paul spoke to them that none would die and because of Paul they will make it to the Island also to Rome in peace.
At St Paul's arrival in Rome, he was justified as no proof of criminality was found against him so he was let go by the Roman government. Even the Jewish leaders and groups in Rome didn't not hear anything worthy against him from Jerusalem, just the controversy of Christians. St Paul was justified before God, Men and the Law. God Used St. Paul (as it was revealed to him before) to witness Jesus and to reveal the reality of the actions undertaken by the Jews in persecuting unjustly Christians. God revealed the Gift of Christ 1st to the Jews because the covenant was 1st with them; however they refused to accept the truth of Jesus because of sin and greed. Acts 28:28 NIV [28] “Therefore I want you to know that God’s salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!”.
Now however God has made the free gift of Christ available to all people so that now there is a new covenant of the blood of Jesus to all people to become the children of God.
Application to Life: As a prayerful man or woman of God you can be used to be the one that stands in the gap for others. Ask yourself; how can God use you wherever you find yourself, not just in your family to bless those around you.
Prayer: God use me for your Glory, and to bless others. in Jesus' name.
